  • Is ordering online secure?

  • How do I place my order?
    Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account. .
  • How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
    To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” check box to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the "Update cart" link.
  • How to check my order status?
    On our site, accounts can be registered by customers' email, Facebook account, or Google account, respectively may be generated 3 different accounts. Please find out under which account you made the order, and make sure you log in to the correct account. At this point you can view the status of your order.

    Standerline accepts returns on *most items within 45 days from the original purchase date. Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, beauty, and accessories.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We provide free shipping for orders over $49.00 (standard) to the US! Currently, Standerline needs 1-3 days for preparing your order. Our current delivery estimate is 8-14 days. Due to the peak sale season, we're processing more orders than usual, which may be reflected in our delivery time. We wish for your kindness and understanding. Note: Shipping Guarantee is optional when you checkout. It offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package at no extra charge or make a full refund to you if it's reported lost.
